Study On The Current Status And Countermeasures Of PE Teachers' Scientific Research In Anhui Colleges

Physical Education is an important part in higher education, which is responsible for cultivating a large number of outstanding and innovative talents. With the reform and development of higher education, modernization of education development and scientization of modern sports, PE teachers' a certain degree of research ability is the requirements of education modernization and high-quality teachers in the new century. Therefore, college PE teachers' team should be a teaching and scientific type, this duality of teaching and research ability is physical education teachers should possess.This study took a number of physical education teachers as the cases, who are from 88 colleges and universities in Anhui Province. Literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics are applied to the study. It analyzed and studied the teachers' academic scientific research, degree, title, age characteristics, internal factors, external conditions, and results of scientific research so as to affirm our achievements identify shortcomings and propose ideas and measures for the future development .The conclusion of this article are as follows:(1) There are better development conditions and foundation for Anhui PE teachers' scientific research, PE teachers' scientific purpose is clear and their attitude is positive.(2) As for the age structure, most of them are middle-aged and young teachers, showing the characteristics of younger, which is conducive to the role of young and great potential for development; Compared to the requirements of our country, there still have a certain degree of gap in qualification and degree structure.(3) The direction of teacher's research is clear, but the most is for titles, putting benefits on the first, and the college sports study for the PE teachers' self-improvement on the second.(4)The PE teachers' scientific research' content is more concentrated, Should strengthen their own capacity-building, improve scientific research in basic skills, attention to the use of scientific research methods, improve foreign language proficiency.(5) Funds for sports scientific research in Anhui colleges is less input and the material reward is not adequate, and the necessary material is lack of being protected.(6) Topics above the provincial level are unevenly distributed, the overall level is not high .The application of scientific research is relatively small, the majority of research just finished or published papers, Research results should be applied to college sports on the reform and development.
