| The participant was the volleyball curriculum of five colleges in Anhui province; the author used questionnaire; interview; Literature and data and statistics to study the situation of volleyball curriculum in five collages of Anhui province. The author read a lot of articles relevant to the volleyball education, and found there were few studies about volleyball curriculum in colleges in Anhui province. The paper talks about the curriculum design, curriculum implementation, and curriculum resource about college volleyball curriculum in Anhui province, and the author also gives a discussion about volleyball curriculum how to adapt to the new situation of the teaching reform and the employment pressure.Through the analysis of the problem, we can find: (1) the volleyball lessons in all P.E. colleges of normal universities in Anhui Province has basically gotten rid of traditional subject-centered thoughts, and they tend to pay attention to the need of both the students and the development of the society; course objectives also change from just teaching sports techniques to teaching knowledge, techniques and cultivating the ability of using theories, and they pay more attention to cultivating the students'comprehensive ability. (2) In the aspect of curriculum, there is no consistency on the time each college's spends on volleyball course and the time when it is administered is also not consistent. However, the distribution of the time is generally the same. (3) The test and assessment pay too much attention on the students'knowledge about volleyball and their acquisition of the techniques, but neglect the assessment of the ability of the students. There is mainly summative assessment. (4)The content of teaching focus on the training of students'skill, and ignoring the evaluation of students'ability of judgment, theory and talk class, so there is inappropriate place with the fundamental education. The teaching method is out of the time, it is the high time to build a new system of teaching, in order to meet the needs of the new situation. (5) The expansion in the numbers of students in the normal universities makes the quality of the students low and the work of the teacher heavy. (6) There is limited space and instrument for volleyball courses and the update of it is very slow. It seriously influenced the completion of the task. (7) There is a gap between the curriculum of the volleyball courses, the selection of the textbooks and the cultivation of the students'ability.Aiming at the existing problems, we proposed corresponding strategies:(l) To make a clear curriculum objective by means of changing ideas, combining with advanced educational thought, and taking account of academy, society, and student development. (2) Optimizing the choice of curriculum and teaching materials, and focusing on the development of student's ability and quality. (3) Optimization Volleyball Specialized teaching content, methods and means to stimulate student's interest in volleyball skills and tactics. (4) To prove the examination and evaluation system, accurately reflecting the situation of students'grasp of knowledge. (5) Emphasizing student's optional academic course to enhance student's basic ability. (6) Optimizing teacher's qualifications, title structure, and strengthening the building of the ranks of teachers. (7)Attention to selection and use of materials. (8) To raise funds through multiple channels to increase the building of venues and equipment. |
