With the overwhelming development of modern volleyball,comprehensive skills such as high,swift,standard and transfer,have become the main developing trend.Mesh competition is becoming more and more severe and cruel,and counter space is widening increasingly.Since the number of aggressive players keeps rising,it is possible to win unless we can hold dominance over the mesh.As the most essential part of modern volleyball counterwork,competition over mesh gives great prominence to height.Holding height means being in possession of mastery of the sky,which can control initiative in a competition and provide opportunity to win.Two important factors:stature and spring,affect height.Thanks to the high-developed science and technology,stature can be brought under control when we select players according to their figures,transmissibility,physiological enginery and so on. However,the height will be invariable after players enter manhood.At that time,in order to acquire 'mastery of the sky',we have to excavate their potential on height by sound training in terms of spring.Spring diathesis is extremely important corporeity for volleyball players.How can we develop men volleyball players' spring diathesis and bring systemic training into effect? In what way we can excavate potential spring for professional men volleyball players so that they can be improved on spring capability? These are significant problems for discussion in volleyball domain meanwhile many experts are doing research on them perseveringly. Inorder to findout the effective measures of raising this quality,we have studied twenty one male volleyball players from hubei Male Volleyball Teams,and made a relative,multiple circular analysis of the various aspects of the spring,thus,workedout the spring-developing matrix and numerical referential normsfor the young male volleyball players.Based on theories of sports training control and PE survey and according as characteristics of physiological dissection,combining actual training conditions in Hubei Men volleyball Team with multi-statistical mathematic methods and computer technology, this paper restrictively evolves quantitative analysis of index which have influencing effectiveness on spring diathesis from the angles of various corporeity.It also discuss the intensity order of influencing effectiveness,and the monitoring index system for selecting and confirming the progressive level of spring in Hubei Men Volleyball Team.What is more,this paper constructs digital training analog model of the spring development for the players,and provides standard system of training level for assessment as well.What are analyzed above can offer digital model referenced gist not only for the volleyball coaches' analysis and decision-making on previous training aims,but also for implementation of mode training for spring diathesis,and the process and correctness for the scientific controlling spring training.
