In recent years,a large number of experimental studies have introduced the principles of psychology into the teaching and training of sports technology. These studies not only solve a series of problems in the study of sports technology, and improve the sports performance faster and better, but also reveal the internal link between psychological principles and sports skills. At present, the relevant research has tended to develop the direction of multidisciplinary and multi-field development and has obtained good research results. This study attempts to introduce meta-memory monitoring into the volleyball technical skills teaching,to establish a learning process based on sports memory and to use the monitoring principle and intervention method to alleviate the problems that students have in the process of volleyball technical skills learning, such as Psychological problems: anxiety,over-stress,lack of self-confidence;learning dynamics problems: learning attitude, learning motivation and learning interest;sports memory problems: false action memory, negative emotional memory;self-monitoring ability problems: self-monitoring,poor reflective ability, etc. The development and activation of students’ learning motivation system so as to improve and improve students’ sports technical performance. The principle of meta-memory monitoring is a process of relieving psychological distress and stimulating learning potential in the study of sports technology skills through psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychological cues, establishing a sports memory system, and monitoring the learning process. This study applied psychological scale as a measurement tool to test and diagnose the students in the experimental and control classes.Based on the principle of meta-memory monitoring, the students can learn the technical skillsof sports skills according to the formation rules of sports techniques, this research carries out teaching experiments on students’ learning sports technical skills, and explores and studies the changes of students’ sports learning dynamic system, psychological changes and learning in the process of learning sports technology. To solve the problems related to the learning process and improve the learning effect of students. This research adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods to influence the application of meta-memory monitoring in the teaching of volleyball general course.research.The results of the study indicate that:1.Introducing meta-memory monitoring in the teaching of volleyball course, which makes the teaching effect good and greatly improves the students’ performance in sports technology.2."Meta Memory Monitoring" overcomes the negative psychology of fear, tension and anxiety generated by students in the process of sports technology acquisition,so that they can maintain a good learning attitude to master technical movements.3."Meta Memory Monitoring" develops students’ sports memory, enabling students to master sports technology movements scientifically, effectively and quickly.4."Meta Memory Monitoring" has cultivated students’ self-monitoring ability, which has improved the students’ self-learning ability and initiative and enthusiasm.5.The "meta-memory monitoring" teaching stimulates students’ motivation to learn technology, improve students’ interest in learning, and change students’ learning attitudes, thus activating the potential of students’ learning dynamics system, enabling students to produce in a happy learning experience.A strong desire to learn has greatly increased the level of effort.
