In recent years, with the expansion of colleges and universities and to reduce the number of primary and secondary school students, physical education graduates exceeds demand, in an increasingly competitive, Hunan College of Physical Education graduates employment rate decreased year by year. The employment rate is directly related to a survival and development of colleges and universities. As a result, colleges and universities in Hunan Province analysis of the physical education graduate employment situation of education in Hunan Province, to a certain extent the value of research and practical significance.Use of literature, comparative analysis, expert consultation and mathematical statistics, survey methods, such as law, colleges and universities in Hunan Province on physical education graduates to study the employment situation, its analysis of the factors. From the start and led the factors put forward strategies to deal with.In this paper, colleges and universities in Hunan Province on the completion of the physical education graduate employment status of study, concluded that:(1) Hunan Physical Education College graduate employment rate decreased year by year, and to equip them with knowledge and the ability to have the majority and can only do physical education teachers and sports instructors work in the community.(2) most of the employers of Hunan Physical Education college graduates satisfaction is relatively low, and that they need to further improve the overall quality.(3) the creation of Hunan Physical Education College's goal of training and employment units similar to those expectations, with the Ministry of Education issued a "National College of Physical Education Undergraduate Programs" in the same training program.(4) the impact of Hunan Province in college physical education graduates employed in a number of factors, the professional curriculum is the dominant factor.(5) colleges and universities in Hunan Province physical education curriculum and training objectives do not match, mainly reflected in: the direction of the elective courses theory class volume is too small; any elective courses and too few hours of classes significantly less; not Vertex set up courses.(6) in Hunan Province to improve the physical education college graduates decline in employment in the strategy are: to re-adjust the direction of the sub-elective; re-adjust any elective; top of the course set up.
