With the experience of football match of man of Beijing Olympic Games and the trend of the developing of modern football, we recognize that raising the level of the football competition calls for more attention to back-up personnel training of football, of which the very important step is the soccer enlightenment education. Wuhan, as the antecedent and experimental city of the Asian Football Outlook program, has a certain representatives of the current popularity of football among countries in China. To obtain an overall understanding of the condition of the development of children football enlightenment education, the following text is finished with scientific research methods, such as collect documents, survey, interview the experts and so on. And the author investigate 5 amateur soccer clubs in Wuhan, 20 football teams of primary schools, three private football teams, as well as 100 children before primary school, during two different time span, from July to October 2008 and from February to mid-March 2009. The informants include 100 football players, 30 coaches, 100 parents of players, 20 school managers, and 100 average children. From the survey we conclude that the current movement of children football in Wuhan is good in general, however, the shortage rises in several primary schools, for their masters'insufficient participating and supporting in proceeding football activity. And the Coaches'age structure, educational structure, hierarchical structure, the theoretical knowledge and professional skills are needed to be perfect and improve. These problems hinder the Enlightenment Wuhan soccer education of children will affect the long-term interests of football in Wuhan, in view of these problems I made the following recommendations:1 through various channels, to carry out pre-school education to enlighten the football.2 Primary School in Wuhan City to promote the school administrators to establish a correct attitude towards the development of football to reduce the pressure of learning in primary schools to carry out a broad range of football.3 the correct parents of children in Wuhan City for their children's motivation to participate in football, and properly handle their children in soccer and learning between the contradictions and conflicts.4 to raise children in Wuhan City in the overall level of football coaches, coaches organizations to improve the school.At the same time I made a kind of "education model", that is football for children in Wuhan City of the responsibility of education to enlighten the education sector to the education sector-led, school-based, with outstanding football coaches in the vast range of children with the popularity of the sport and raise the standard of football. Wuhan City, the children of education to enlighten the level of football to a new level, our youth soccer population and talents will greatly increase the quality, raise the standard of football is just around the corner.
