The Research Of Teaching Management System Of Colleges And Academic Culture In Song Dynasty

College is a unique ancient Chinese educational institution,and the development of education is the history of the world's unique cultural heritage of ancient Chinese tradition.In the Song Dynasty,the college has been established as an education system,and its management of teaching is more institutionalized and standardized.It is not only for China's modern development of higher education,but also for the management of today's university teaching Department.In this paper,literature research,historical research and comparative study of law are used for the Song Dynasty through the College of Education management system.College reveals the characteristics of teaching management system in order to find the useful experience for teaching reform in China today,especially provide a valuable reference in higher education management reform of teaching.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The writing process involved the core of the concept of a clear definition,the main purpose and significance of topics are expanded,the main content and methods,and analysis of domestic and foreign Research.The first chapter is focused on the formation and development process of College Teaching Management System of Song.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the Song College,the formation and development of Song College Teaching Management System is emphasized.The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of management of Song College Teaching Management.The characteristics are summarized as follows:the standardization of the unity and autonomy;self-learning ability and the guidance of mentors;teaching and scientific research;virtue and lessons learning.The third chapter discusses the enlightenment from the management system of Song teaching colleges to the contemporary university teaching Management.Although the nature of school's running,curriculum content,school size,teaching organizational forms,etc are quite different from today's,their management in the teaching of experience has an important instructive significance.It will strengthen the management of colleges and universities to institutionalize the teaching for improving student self-management capabilities,and to promote the comprehensive development of students.The conclusion part has done a high degree of extraction and summary of management system on College Teaching in ancient China.
