In fact, Green Certificate Education is the technical qualifications certificate of the agricultural laborers. That is the certification for a farmer. Green Certificate Education in Ordinary Middle School is the prolongation of the training for farmer. Our country carries it out in junior high school. It is named Green Certificate Education. But in Canada it is carried out in senior high school and named Green Certificate Training. Junior high school in China and senior high school in Canada are both compulsory education. The aim is identical. So there is comparison between the two.Green Certificate Training in Canada is successful. The whole training process is carried out around the skill. Canada is a good reference for us. The issue shows the difference between solid however and should however of our Green Certificate Education, analyzes the problem of our Green Certificate Education. Getting some improvement suggestions is our purpose.The issue is divided into four parts. The first is the theoretical Basis of the study. The second introduces Green Certificate Training in Canada and analyzes the success reasons. The third researches Green Certificate Education in our country. It mainly includes the origin and the enforcement condition. S village of C County of Jilin Province is the investigation object. On the basis of analysis, part four of the issue brings forward improvement advice.The improvement is carried out mostly from both sides. The first is that government function need be strengthened, such as funds, incentive measures, employment directing, the perfecting in the operation mechanism, the perfecting of the system of employment entrance, the perfecting of the qualification authentication system and the improving of the farmer's status. The second is that the implementation process of our country need be perfected, such as the clarifying of the education orientation, the strengthening of the teacher training, the education method, the implementation way, the selection strategy of the students, assessment standard and the quality of training.In research method, the thesis completed data sets that were examined for literature method, investigation method and comparison method. The study of Canada's Green Certificate Education adopts literature method. Except for literature method, the thesis employs questionnaire and interview to investigate in S village of C County of Jilin Province. In thesis comparison method permeated from beginning to end.
