In fact, Green Certificate Education is the technical qualifications certificate of the agricultural laborers. That is the certification for a farmer. Green Certificate Education in Ordinary Middle School is the prolongation of the training for farmer. Our country carries it out in junior high school. It is named Green Certificate Education. But in Canada it is carried out in senior high school and named Green Certificate Training. Junior high school in China and senior high school in Canada are both compulsory education. The aim is identical. So there is comparison between the two.Green Certificate Training in Canada is successful. The whole training process is carried out around the skill.
