A Comparative Study On The Development Of Ski Instructors In China And Canada

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,skiing has become a popular sport in people’s daily life.However,the training and management of ski instructors is not in place because of the short time of skiing in our country,which is not conducive to the development of skiing and industry in China to a certain extent.In order to promote the development of skiing in China,this paper studies and compares the development of ski instructors in China and Canada,and hopes to promote the development of ski instructors and skiing industry in China by drawing lessons from the advanced experience of Canada.This thesis takes the skiing sport of our country as the research object,carries on the research to the skiing movement of our country through the following several points:(1)the article has carried on the detailed introduction to the background and the significance of this article first,Clarify the significance of the research and other related content.(2)refer to the current domestic and foreign experts and scholars of the ski instructor related research,comb the research content,To lay a theoretical foundation for the later writing.(3)to understand the current situation of the development,training and management of ski instructors in our country.All-round understanding of their development status and current development bottlenecks.(4)Analysis of the current Canadian ski instructor development status and training model;(5)This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of ski instructor industry in China.These problems restrict the development of ski industry in China to a great extent.In order to promote the development of skiing industry and ski instructor in our country,some suggestions and suggestions are put forward by referring to the current experience of Canadian ski instructor training.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)there is an imbalance between age and structure in the ski instructor team in our country at present,and at the same time,there are also some deficiencies in the training and management process.As a traditional skiing power,Canada’s current skiing industry is relatively perfect,and the training system for ski instructors is also relatively perfect.Sports utilities have a huge supporting role in the development of skiing.(2)the number of instructors in Chinese skiing is relatively small,and their personal qualities and related skills are not high.In order to promote the development of our country’s skiing industry,this paper points out from the optimization of skiing.Instructor human resources management and training two aspects of optimization.
