Green education pays attention to the modeling of students' personality,respecting students' life and personality,follows the law of students' learning and growth,stimulates students' vitality and creativity in life and study,and promotes students' overall harmonious and healthy development..To integrate green education into the construction of class culture means that class culture should embody "taking students as the basis,harmonious and educating people",construct the culture with temperature and meet the needs of students' life and healthy development of personality.However,in many ordinary high schools in our country,the class culture more embodies the personal will of managers and class teachers,lacks of democracy,does not really pay attention to the human nature,emotion and personality of students,and does not fully reflect the life value of students.Moreover,it does not embody the educational idea of "student-oriented".These lagged class culture can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also deviate from the concept of green education.In recent years,although the educational circles have realized the importance of green education,the practice of class culture construction has not been well integrated with the concept of green education,and the construction of class culture lacks the temperature of life.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to probe into the superiority of the combination of green education idea and class culture construction for ordinary high school class culture construction.The author goes deep into S High School of Zhengzhou City,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other forms,the author makes a study on the construction of class culture from the perspective of green education concept.According to the investigation and research,it is found that the "student-oriented,harmonious and educational" green education characteristic has been formed in the class culture construction of the S Senior Middle School in Zhengzhou-according to the characteristics of the students in the learning period,the construction of the class culture presents the stage;According to the needs of students' growth,the construction of class culture is systematic,and the construction of class culture is characteristic according to the needs of students' personality.On the basis of interview with graduates,this paper analyzes the value of class culture construction under the concept of green education in S Senior Middle School in Zhengzhou City-under the guidance of green education concept,the construction of high school class culture presents high efficiency and high quality.Promote the sustainable development of students under the common vision of class culture construction;promote the construction of high school class culture on the basis of symbolic interaction to achieve internal identity;pay attention to the harmonious and healthy growth of students' lives.The construction of class culture under the concept of green education in S senior high school in Zhengzhou has its own characteristics,but there are also some problems: the conflict between the unity of the school and the flexibility of the construction of the class culture;Under the present college entrance examination system,some teachers have insufficient understanding of the construction of class culture under the concept of green education,some students can not play a major role in the construction of class culture,and are marginalized;The multi-class evaluation mechanism is not implemented in the competitive environment of college entrance examination.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of class culture in the S senior middle school of Zhengzhou,this paper puts forward the strategy of the construction of class culture under the concept of green education,combined with practical experience and theoretical thinking.First of all,with the help of building excellent school and class platform,create a loose and independent class culture construction environment.Secondly,according to the concept of "student-oriented" green education,we should strengthen the construction of class teachers and teachers.Furthermore,around the goal of promoting the healthy and harmonious development of students,the main role of marginal students in the construction of class culture should be brought into play.Finally,we insist on the fundamental task of "perfecting the shaping of students' personality and realizing sustainable development" and carry out the diversification of class evaluation mechanism.Under the present college entrance examination system of our country,in order to realize the healthy development of students,outstanding personality,perfect personality and value embodiment,it is necessary to combine the concept of green education with the construction of class culture and daily management organically.We should pay attention to students' subjectivity,give full play to students' potential,maintain students' dignity,cultivate students' sense of responsibility and historical mission,pay close attention to students' sustainable development,and make education show the green of life forever.
