In recent years, with a new round of curriculum reform of basic education in full swing, it is an urgent requirement of teachers to change the traditional teaching methods. However, the behavior is the pilot of the conception. If we want to change teachers'teaching method and teaching behavior. First of all, we must change teachers'teaching conception.This study selects two types of teachers which are jackroo chemistry teachers and proficient chemistry teachers. and first surveys the status quo of their teaching conception and the difference between two types of teachers through the questionnaire. At the basis of questionnaire analysis and preliminary results, we interview some representative teachers, in order to more in-depth understand two types of teachers'teaching conception. Finally, according to research conclusion we propose related suggestion, and hope to be able to provide some enlightenment for the general teacher's teaching practice, simultaneously also provide some inspiration and reference for the further research.This paper altogether includes the following four parts:The first part is the foreword. It gives a brief introduction to research background, question statement, domestic and foreign research development situation.The second part is the theory foundation of the study. It elaborates the meaning, characteristic, dimension, type about teaching conception, and defines classified standard for the jackroo teacher and the proficient teacher.The third part is the main body of the study. It carries on comparison and analysis on teaching conception of the jackroo chemistry teacher and the proficient chemistry teacher through questionnaires and interviews, draws corresponding conclusions.The fourth part is the conclusion and the enlightenment. It summaries the full text, and then obtains some enlightenment.
