The Study On Cultivating Students' Ability To Query In Physic Class Of Senior High School

The ability to query is the basis of innovation and motivating force for exploring new knowledge. Developing the ability to query is the cornerstone stone of forming more creativities for students. Therefore to promote the formation of ability and students'creative spirit, Physics Curriculum Criterion of General Senior High School Physics regards cultivating students to have certain ability to query as one of the objectives of the new curriculum. According to it, this essay focuses on the study of how to cultivate students'ability to query in physics classroom teaching of senior high school.I research the subject by means of literature, questionnaire , interview , experimental research and the experience summarization and following the thought of the theory analysis—the current situation analysis—the cultivating strategy—the teaching model. The essay is divided into four parts.In the first part, I introduce the origin and background of the subject as well as the important meaning of cultivating students'ability to query.In the second part, I expound the connotation of the ability to query and then discuss the related theories on cultivating students'ability to query in physics classroom teaching. In the third part, I investigate the current situation of the levels of students'ability to query by teachers'interview and students'questionnaire and conclude three forms of students lacking the ability to query. Then I analyze the reason for developing the current situation of the ability to query of high school students, thus giving direction and basis for further research.In the fourth part, I probe into the related strategies on enabling students to query positively and be good at querying , including upgrading teachers'attainments, changing teachers'teaching methods, changing students'learning styles, enhancing observation and thinking training etc. And I put forward two teaching models which is good for cultivating students'ability to query, meanwhile, give corresponding teaching cases.
