The Research On Harbin Middle School Of Amateur Athletics Training Of Present Situation And Countermeasures

Currently, the athletics level of haerbin is very weak compared with other provinces and cities, which seriously influence the whole level of our athletics. The amateur athletics training of middle school is a long phase for students. The thesis deeply analyzes all the subjective and objective factors which influence middle school students'participating after school athletics training, and it finds a lot of elements that restrict the training.The research targets of this middle schools in haerbin city and its research methods are as follows: the means of document materials, investigation, observation and mathematical statistics etc. Its conclusion is as follows:1 Funds shortage is the important factor that restricts the development of amateur athletics training in haerbin. The amateur coaches'total absorption rate in training is 76.7%, but their initiative is low due to the reason of funds shortage, bad training condition and low wages.2 The training has no sponsorship of enterprises, facilities and private support, and our sports awareness and all other aspects is very poor compared with other provinces and cities. In some extent, this will restrict the development and improvement of our athletics3 The science character of elementary selecting suitable persons is waiting for improvement, and the management of amateur training is slack. The communication and learning chance for coaches is limited.4 The training place and facilities are not ideal, and most parents and coaches are not satisfied with them.5 The parents'solicitous extent toward training result and employment need is far less than theirs toward culture class.6 The consideration of coaches'responsibility and professional work level and training condition determines parents'agreement on their children taking part in training.7 The main reason that blocks children training is that parents fear influencing study. That students are hard to succeed is the important problem.Fostering track and field talents has a long way to go, and its development is under many influence and restriction needing an improvement step by step. This paper probes the countermeasure that accelerates middle school after school track and field training investigating the after school track and field training in Haerbin, striving to provide reference materials for Haerbin track and field fostering quality.
