The Status Quo Investigation And Its Countermeasures Of Middle School Amateur Volleyball Training In Lanzhou

Among the three major sports in our country: volleyball, basketball and football, volleyball, as a way of entertainment, keeping fitness and attending competition, is the only one which had won the world champion and is the favorite sports for young students. The school volleyball training and competition at spare time also become an important part in school physical education. However, at present the development of school volleyball sports in Lanzhou is slow and amateur sports training is also unsatisfying. On the background of the comprehensively promoting quality education and continuously deepening the reform of school physical education, it is of great significance to carry out in-depth investigation of the status quo of school volleyball training at spare time in Lanzhou and analyze the elements which have impacts on the development of school volleyball training in Lanzhou so as to explore the countermeasures and to promote the sustainable development of school volleyball training in Lanzhou.On the basis of a great deal of literature review, the paper, employing methods of questionnaire, interviewing, logical analysis and mathematical statistics etc., investigates and analyzes the distribution of amateur training, coaches, student athletes, management and operation mechanism, training and competition of Lanzhou middle school volleyball training at spare time, here are the findings: (1)Generally, the status quo of Lanzhou middle school amateur volleyball training is not satisfying with a few training teams and unevenly distribution among districts and counties. (2)School training at different levels is separated from each other with narrow scope of selecting athletes and low sport level. The main motive of sport training is to enter into colleges with prominent contradictions between study and training. (3)The coaches'age, educational qualifications and academic titles are quite reasonable but they lack experience of professional volleyball training, have few professional training opportunities and poor awareness of scientific research. (4)The school does not set a long-term training goal and lack of satisfied inspection supervision, the coaches cannot perform a scientific and efficient training. (5)The school training and management mechanism is lag behind, inadequate training funds and training facilities barely meet the training needs. (6)Incomplete competition systems with fewer competitions do not exert the guiding role of race in school training. (7)The trainees'sports level and attitude, protective conditions, social cognition, management and competition system are the main reasons that constraint the development of Lanzhou middle school volleyball training.According to the existing problems and influencing factors, this paper proposes the following countermeasures: (1)With rational planning, to expand gradually the scope and quantity of schools with volleyball as its feature. (2)To strengthen the further training of coaches and improve teaching standard and adhere to scientific training. (3)To deal with the contradiction between study and training appropriately and ensure the harmonious development of study and training. (4)To set up a sound and complete competition system to exert the role of the leverage of competition. (5)To strengthen the leadership management and establish a sound School training mechanism. (6)To set up evaluation system,improve the incentive mechanism and enhance the training enthusiasm of the coaches. (7)To change the traditional concepts, step-up publicity and broaden the financing channels through society.(8)To optimize competition rules and to carry out a variety of volleyball sports activities.(9)To establish a network systems for school volleyball training.
