With the development of society, science and technology, mathematics as a tool has been widely applied to various disciplines to the development. Whether it is computer science, physics, biology, chemistry, or education, psychology, aesthetics, and even linguistics, archeology, anthropology and mathematics of these seem to get a share of the disciplines, their research and development do not depart from the mathematics. Not only the extensive application of mathematics is that it is the basis of subjects but also does it penetrate widely into a modern society in all aspects of life. Whether you are shopping in a store or accessing in a bank, or reading the commercial advertising, or listen to the weather forecasts, will require cultivation of basic math. Development of mathematics and its wide range of applications completely changed the way which people view it, so that people can understand that the basic mathematical knowledge is required of modern life skills.Mathematics,as a kind of culture, has become a symbol of the development of human civilization. As for any well-educated person in present society ,whatever he is employed in , it is necessary for him to study maths, grasp maths and use maths. On the other hand ,the profound reform in maths thoughts has led the core of this subject to highly-abstract road. Facing various abstruse mathematical theories and complex probiem-solving methods, laymen have to draw back. As a result,to improve the acceptance of maths is an urgent task. As middle school maths teachers,we not only need to master maths teaching methods and textbooks ,but should study the textbooks and teaching subjects further and more deeply as well,so that we can provide students broader space to develop and to create in the long run.Besides, only by understanding students further and according to the reality conditions of students can we adopt the teaching methods and strategies aiming at them ,in order to cultivate students and find their creative abilities.Therefore,we can achieve quality education. Based on the above considerations, this paper depends on the constructivist theory, Freudenthal's "teaching reality principle", the theory of the activities of constructivism to be the theoretical basis, by the concept of "Mathematics comes from life, and is more advanced than life" to guide the actual teaching, and through the following five aspects of the case study (a) the creation of contexts to stimulate students interest in a mathematical problem so that life; (b) mining materials, organization the way of learning content life (c) to develop multimedia courseware with student vision; (d) into the real life, so that students "do" the mathematics of the secondary school (e) teaching closing life increases the application awareness of students and practical ability. Seeks to specify the mathematics to return the life is good for students'learning interesting in the training, and students in creative thinking. This researching work as a teaching theory and practice of quality education, to provide adequate and reliable information based on the hope for China's ongoing reform of the quality of education courses provides a reference.
