Along with the development of modern information technology, people are payingmore and more attention to information technology in subject teaching. The integration ofinformation technology with curriculum objective is to change the traditional teachingmode with information technology, and solve the traditional teaching method in supportsome problems of the teaching steps.Biology is a subject to explore the life phenomenon and laws of life activities as themain line of the natural science, biology is one of the fundamental disciplines of seniorhigh school, which has important position in the high school curriculum. Experiment is thefoundation of high school biology education, experiment education is the effective way tolet students collect and process information, acquire new knowledge, and improve theirscientific literacy and creative ability. With the new curriculum reform’s unceasingdevelopment, student’s science inquisition ability has received more and more attention.This article has first analyzed the information technology and the integration ofbiology in senior high school, and summarizes the main problems in the practice. After that,we take the theory of integration points, the noumenon of a discipline theory, inquirylearning theory as the research foundation, from the concept of ontology, ontology methodapplication in three aspects of high school biology experiment exploring the noumenon ofa discipline, attempts to analyze the high school biology teaching and learning model ofexperimental study. According to the high school biology teaching experimental commonintegrating point analysis and diagnosis, to find the use of information technology to solveall kinds of integration methods, and on this basis, the design and implementation of virtualexperimental platform of high school biology.
