The fairness of education is a hot topic of educational research, but many studies hardly pay close attention to the latent and microscopic fairness in the classroom teaching. We believe that the classroom teaching is a kind of ethics practice, so the fairness of classroom teaching mainly refers to educational justice in nature. Studies seldom focus on the teacher's concepts about educational justice how to affect their teaching experiences. So we explore the concepts of kindergarten teachers' educational justice based on the feminism and ethics of care. We finally give some advices how to help kindergarten teachers to form more scientific and reasonable conception of teaching in order to direct their professionals practices and promote their professional development.Firstly, we discriminate and analysis the concepts of the educational justice and educational fairness in this article, which people always confuse and misunderstand, and suggest that the educational justice is the essential of educational fairness, the educational justice itself is the ultimate goal of the educational fairness.Secondly, we induce the current studies about educational justice, and analysis various phenomenal of educational justice in classroom. And we believe the kindergarten teacher's concepts of educational justice are the latent or obvious educational resources, which can influence the development of children and teachers' professional development.Thirdly, we survey the concept of kindergarten teacher's educational justice by questionnaire, interview and classroom observation, and sum up the development of teacher's concept of educational justice. The study shows that the concept of kindergarten teacher's educational justice displays the characteristics of the female moral thinking.Finally, based on the analysis of educational justice and results of survey, we give some advices about how to promote teachers forming more reasonable and scientific conception of educational justice.
