Evaluation of physical exercise effect among middle school students is not only an important part in RE. curriculum reform but also a key protection in implementation of P.E. teaching goals. Currently, research on evaluation of physical education has become a vital indicator in exacerbation of P.E. curriculum reform. Based on some theories of subjectivity education, combining the practical problems, I conceive rationally on evaluation of physical exercise effect among middle school students, and construct a new kind of evaluation mode, "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students".In order to learn the application of "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students" during students' physical exercise, I've had some investigation and experimental study. In the part of investigation, I chose 6 different schools of Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, including 200 students of eighth grade (118 boys, 82 girls) and 50 P.E. teachers (35 males, 15 females) according to self-designed questionnaires for both students and teachers on evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect. While in the part of experimental study, 80 students of eighth grade (40 boys, 40 girls) in Xuzhou senior high school were chosen to be the experimental subject, which lasted for 16 weeks. During the experiment, evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students and conventional evaluation were used for interference measures by means of "questionnaire on interest in P.E. study among junior high school students", "self-assessment scale on learning attitude in P.E. study among junior high school students", and "self-assessment scale on affective performance & team spirit", which were all made by Dr. Wang Xiaozan from college of physical education & health, East China Normal University. I try to probe the influences in students' interest in P.E., learning attitude, affective performance, team spirit and sports scores by carrying out evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students so as to provide an effective and operable evaluation instrument for high school students while taking part in physical exercise and also a reference basis for P.E. authoritative agency in policy making, thus the feasibility and scientificalness of this evaluation theory can be inspected and verified.Through investigation and experimental study, some conclusions are made as follows:1 Most of the students and teachers can accept "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students".2 Application of multi-dimension and hierarchical evaluation upon differentiation has business with teacher's quality, professional ability, material gain, policy support, responsibility and love, class size, teacher training, etc.3 Both students and teachers have a high aspiration level in psychological factor, which differs much from the actual condition, while carrying out "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students".4 In the course of RE. teaching and extracurricular athletics, adopting "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students" can effectively increase students' interest, bring up their active attitude, exert positive effects and cultivate their aspiring team spirit.5 During RE. teaching and extracurricular athletics, using "evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students" has little effect on increasing students' sports scores.6 "Evaluation upon differentiation of physical exercise effect among middle school students" is in line with evaluation discipline of junior high school students' physical exercise and their psychological characteristics, satiating their psychological demands and inspiring students' reduction theory drive, which is an effective evaluation mode of physical exercise effect among middle school students.
