Research purpose: by understanding the influence of physical exercise on prosocial behavior,add emotional intelligence and physical learning motivation two variables,to establish physical exercise,emotional intelligence,physical learning motivation and junior high school students,emotional intelligence and motivation for physical learning effect between physical exercise and prosocial behavior.Research method: Use questionnaire survey method,physical exercise grade scale,emotional intelligence strength scale,physical learning motivation scale and prosocial behavior tendency scale as research tools.Geographic location and education development status decided to select junior middle school students in central Henan Province as the research object,according to the stratified sampling of three cities and rural areas in eastern Henan,central Henan and western Henan,and then select 1179 junior middle school students(average age is 14.08 ± 0.956 years)for questionnaire survey.Data were analyzed and processed using the SPSS22.0 and Process3.3 plugins.Results:(1)physical exercise can significantly and positively predict the emotional intelligence and physical learning motivation of teenagers.(2)Physical exercise can directly affect prosocial behavior,but also independently act on prosocial behavior through emotional intelligence or physical learning motivation,and act on adolescent prosocial behavior through the complete chain mediation of emotional intelligence and physical learning motivation.research conclusion:1.Physical exercise of junior high school students is at the middle level,and the total score of physical exercise is significantly different in gender,grade,region and school environment;2.The emotional intelligence of junior high school students is in the middle level,and the emotional intelligence is significantly different in gender,grade and region;3.The physical education learning motivation of junior high school students is above the middle level,and the physical education learning motivation is significantly different in gender,grade,region and school environment;4.The prosocial behaviors of junior high school students are at the middle level,and the prosocial behaviors are significantly different in grade,region and school environment;5.Physical exercise can directly and positively predict prosocial behavior,and can also indirectly predict prosocial behavior through the chain mediation effect of emotional intelligence and physical learning motivation.Therefore,we should constantly deepen and study the change and development of sports and psychology,so as to achieve multi-party linkage development and expand horizontal development and vertical development.Highlight the school as the leading,family and social cooperation and follow-up development.It is necessary to vigorously explore the positive role brought by physical exercise,so as to promote the cultivation and development of pro social behavior of junior high school students to contribute to the development of moral education.
