The Problems Exist In Ideological And Political Education Of Dong And Its Countermeasures Study

Dong keeps a state of closed self-development and stable in a long period,with the establishment of a socialist market economy and the expansion of the reform and opening-up policy.The closed state of Dong was broken gradually.It urge the inter-communication between Dong and others.As the inter-communication become frequently,because of the customs,language and other reasons of the Dong,that cause a variety of contradictions and disputes.That brought forward lots of challenges to the ideological and political education of Dong.Ideological and political education is a social practice.At present,although a number of experts whom are good at ideological and political education of Dong have studied a lot problems and experience on the practice of Dong's ideological and political education.But the research on the ideological and political education of Dong is also not enough,There is less achievements for study of ideological and political education of the Dong.In this paper, I studied the problems exist in the ideological and political education of Dong and the reasons why they happen.I do this only want to reveal the law of the ideological and political education of Dong.I bring forward to establish the theoretical system for the ideological and political education of Dong,and making full use of Dong nationality song,national holiday and the"kuan"organizations to do ideological and political education for Dong.This paper is divided into three chapters.Chapter one mainly elaborates the significance for emphasizing the ideological and political education of Dong.I introduce the basic state of Dong,and I analyze the different circumstance for the ideological and political education of Dong in order to prove the great significance for the ideological and political education of Dong.Chapter two mainly elaborates the main problems exist in the ideological and political education of Dong and the reasons why they happen.This chapter is very important in this paper.I analyze the problems exist in the ideological and political education of Dong in the aspects of the theoretical system for the ideological and political education of Dong,the talent group and the ways for ideological and political education of Dong.And I analyze the reasons for these main problems.Chapter three mainly elaborates the methods and the countermeasures for the ideological and political education of Dong.This chapter is one of the most important parts in this paper.I bring forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the ideological and political education of Dong which contain the great importance which the leaders attache to it,strengthening the theory study for the ideological and political education of Dong,expanding the Dong's traditional ways and work principles for the ideological and political education of Dong and emphasizing the talent group construction for the ideological and political education of Dong.And I believe that will greatly enhance the efficiency for the ideological and political education of Dong,and that also will lead a great significance for the ideological and political education of Dong and promote the stability and development in Dong areas.
