In the early 20th century,the rise of eco-philosophy broadens people's understanding of the world's perspective,and shows a new guidance for people's study on the issue of college teachers' eco-academic.Study college teachers' eco-academic from the ecological perspective is the key to improve college teachers' academic environment;is the protection to develop high-quality research personnel;is the essential requirement to promote the healthy development of higher education;is an important aspect of the creation of a harmonious society.As a special ecological system,college teachers' eco-academic is "a product of heredity and environment." At present,the logical contradiction from college teachers' eco-academic and influences from eco-environmental,lead imbalances to the college teachers' eco-academic system,and there are many potential and obvious academic crisis broke out from time to time.So it's urgent to control and optimization the college teachers' eco-academic.College teachers coexist in the common natural and social environment. They access academic resources through competition;they maintain the academic stability through the adaptation or overcome of outside interference.In order to transmit and develop academics and then realize academics value, college teachers should do energy exchanges with the outside world.All of these compose academic activities of college teachers.And all related people,things, resources and the relationship between them formed the complex adaptive eco-system.A variety of impact factors influence college teachers' eco-academic in its own process,for example:factors in and outside higher school,college teachers' own quality and so on.When the various impact factors are in mutual integration and develop soundly,the college teachers' eco-academic system would show an ideal operating mode.But,nowadays,what is worrisome is that in our country,many impact factors play bad roles to the college teachers' eco-academic system.Such as:the academic contradictions between heredity and variation;the imbalances in college teachers' eco-academic system;fierce competition on academic among college teachers;college teachers' academic moral anomie.All of these are the obvious problem in the college teachers' eco-academic system in our country.Lacking relevant laws and regulations; institutions of higher learning management system is not perfect;the imperfections of the academic evaluation system;the negative impact of the market economy and so on are the main reason for problems above.To I believe that there are many ways to resolve these problems,for example:improve the academic research environment;improve the status of teaching;broaden academic horizons;to create an academic atmosphere;the reform of the academic evaluation system;to strengthen self-discipline of college teachers; make full use of community supervision and so on.
