As an important region of China's “Belt and Road”,Xinjiang comprehensively evaluates the experience of college students' higher education and explores the value-added performance of their academic achievements,which helps to improve the quality of college education and provide manpower support for regional harmonious development.This study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate the overall situation and value-added changes of Xinjiang college students' academic achievements,in order to provide ideas for the realization of Xinjiang higher education.This study defines the basic meaning of the core concept through the literature research on the related concepts of academic achievement and value-added evaluation.Then,based on the questionnaire of “Higher Education Quality and Student Development”,the preliminary reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire are carried out.Descriptive statistics and difference analysis examined the overall situation of Xinjiang college students' academic achievement level,and then used the score difference method to analyze the degree of variability of college students' academic achievement level.Then,using relevant analysis and regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of college students' academic achievement;By analyzing qualitative interview data to verify the influencing factors of college students' academic achievement.The main research conclusions include: First,the level of academic achievement of Xinjiang college students is in the middle-lower level,among which students score the highest in citizen literacy and the lowest score in versatility.At the same time,there are significant differences in the level of academic achievement among college students in terms of gender,grade,subject and institution type.The specific performance is that the academic achievement level of male students is higher than that of female students;the overall academic achievement of seniors is higher than that of freshmen;the overall academic achievement of medical students is higher than that of other majors;the overall level of academic achievement of “211” university students Higher than ordinary college students;second,gender,grade,subject,institution type,personality traits,family environment and school environment are the influencing factors of college students' academic achievement.From the perspective of degree of influence and prediction,they are subjects and grades.,family environment,gender,school environment,type of college,personality characteristics;third,the academic achievement level of student groups in different academic years is positively increasing,among which the general value-added capacity is the most obvious,and the students of different types of colleges are studying.The achievement level also showed a positive value-added trend,among which the change of professional cognitive ability was the most significant.Fourthly,from the interviews of college students' academic achievement level,it was found that the factors that significantly affected the academic achievement level of college students mainly came from individual factors,school environment and family environment.
