Teachers' perceptions of children and teachers' views on children was associated,to teacher's education teaching will directly influence.Education is education for people,if teachers defiant,so the significance of education is gone.Teachers how to understand children itself contains the understanding of "person",primary school education as the basis of education stage,in the growth of the people in a key position,therefore is bound to teachers' views on children was associated by affecting the teaching effect and impact on the development of children.Under the influence of the new curriculum reform,the teacher has a certain changes the traditional views on children was associated,but there are still some shortcomings still need to be further optimized.Therefore,understanding the connotation of teachers' views on children was associated,investigate the current status of elementary school teachers' views on children was associated and put forward specific optimization strategy is of great significance,is each education researchers and practitioners should pay attention to and practicing.Paper with a primary research methods of questionnaire and interview,classroom observation is complementary,in order to comprehensively thoroughly investigating the present situation of teachers' views on children was associated.Paper is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.Mainly including selected topic reason and theoretical basis,and carding the research status at home and abroad,finally clarify the meaning and purpose of research.The second part,mainly in this paper,the optimization of elementary school teachers' views on children was associated significance,not only beneficial to the all-round development of children,but also deeply affect the teaching effective to carry out and implement life education.The third part,the investigation and analysis.Through questionnaire and interview method to survey the current situation of primary school teachers views on children was associated.Through analysis of survey results found that the current problems of elementary school teachers' views on children was associated,there exist deviations in understanding the nature of children,the understanding of the significance of childhood utilitarian,understanding of children's differences are not clear,the recognition of the rights of the child is not comprehensive,understanding of children's position is superficial.The fourth part,the attribution analysis.From the aspect of society,school and individual teacher three dimensions to analyze factors that influence teachers' views on children was associated.The fifth part,optimization strategy.Combined with the problems and influencing factors from social and cultural environment,school education and teachers' three level optimization strategy is put forward.
