Education equity is the embodiment and extension of the social equity value in education field.The report of the seventeenth people represent conference points out that "Education is the headstone of our nation's prosperity and the foundation of the social equity" which indicates that promoting education equity is not only a strategic task in the whole point,but also the goal of the reformation and the development of our nation's education.We always long for in the process of the construction of the well-off society and setting up harmonious society with the leading of our Party.With the development of the fundamental education and the realization of the entering equity in our nation,people may pay more attention to the process equity of education equity from entering equity.The equity of educational process is the kernel of the thought of education equity,which is the trend of the entering equity and also the premise of the ending equity.Whether equal or not directly refers to personal development,even influences the realization of the equity in education system.Inclusive education rose from the trend of international education in the 1990s,which insisted strengthening the attendance and lightening the repulsion of the students.Inclusive education thought triggered us to think about the equity of educational process from a new point.This article mainly uses literature analysis,chat and classroom observation to learn and analyze the unfair phenomena in the process of the elementary education in our country,and it takes out many appropriate countermeasures by looking thought the reasons which lead to the unfair in the process of the education system.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the purpose and the value of the study and analyses the research technique.The second part is inclusive education and the equity of educational process.Based on explicating the definition of inclusive education and the equity of educational process,the author takes the study of the equity of educational process under the inclusive education thought.The third part is the theoretical basis of the research on the equity of educational process.The forth part is about the problems of the equity of educational process in our nation's elementary education.There exists serious unfairness in four parts:children's principle position in the educational process,education resource they enjoyed,the chance attendance they're got and the opportunity of development they owned.In the fifth part,the author analyses the inner reasons which leading to unfair in the educational process.Aiming at the unfair phenomenon in the educational process,the author tries to find out the reasons in inner system of education.The author analyses from educational concept,curriculum system,teaching organization system,evaluation system and teacher staff.The sixth part is about the countermeasure and advice of achieving education equity. According to the reasons above,we can get the concrete countermeasure and advice of achieving education equity.Education equity is the eternal ideals that people pursue,and it is also the direction and aim for which people struggle.Equity is a gradual process,and it is difficult to carry out absolute equity,but concerning the education equity,especially concerning and solving the unfair in the educational system,is the duty of the whole society and more and more teacher staff.
