More than half a century,under the promotion of educational equity,the development of economy and the progress of ideas,inclusive education has became a concerned and promotable development trend in special education field.Inclusive education has been put forward to the western society and calls for from the basis of the social equal opportunity and re-combination and integration between special and general education,the basic idea is to promote the realization of educational equity and help every child who need special care to enter the ordinary school to complete their studies.The research adopts literature method,investigation method,participant observation method to investigate and observe leaders,teachers,parents and students in Han primary of Kashgar city.The investigative contents are based on the concept of educational equity and the start,process,result of education.Discover three main problems what are the lack of advanced concepts,schooling and family education.Analyze the concept of educational equity and use the concept include the start,process and result of educational equity to reasons the investigative results,it mainly includes the strong impact of mainstream environment,examination-oriented education and bad situation of special children.The last point of the research is the countermeasures.Firstly,we should update the ideas of the public and promote the concept of inclusive education.Secondly,promote the development of inclusive education in Han primary by constructing reasonable curriculum structure,carrying out the "2+1" help modes,implementing individual education plan.Lastly,while perfects the policies and resources,also should integrate the power of school and family to perfect policy about special education,structure of teachers,resources and implement the plan of "home school cooperation".In conclusion,so the research is based on the concept of educational equity and investigates the current situation of Han primary inclusive education in Kashgar city,then strives to realized the educational equity by exploring the measures to improve the Han primary inclusive education and promote the realization of educational equity.
