The research of Gender Role Conflict developed in the 1970s has been concerned by many researchers and it has become one of the important research topics of psychology. The researchers insist that the Gender Role Conflict impacts the individual's mental health, quality of life, interpersonal relation and family function. At present, the study of Gender Role Conflict of Chinese culture background and Gender Role Conflict about senior high school students is at the initial stage, and the study on this issue has a very important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of Chinese culture background and foreign studies of Gender Role Conflict, using literature analysis, inverview method, open questionaire. and questionnaire survey, we proposed the questionnaire of Gender Role Conflict of high school students. We developed a four-component construction of Gender Role Conflict. We used the independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the difference of demographic variables in the dimensions of Gender Role Conflict among different high school students. We adopted correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between the Gender Role Conflict, Perceived Social Support and Psychological Stess. And we also discussed if the Gender Role Conflict had significant influence on Psychological Stess and Perceived Social Support moderated the relationship between Gender Role Conflict and Psychological Stess. The study reaches conclusions as follows:Firstly, Gender Role Conflict should be a multidimensional variable composed of four dimensions: Restrictive Emotionality, Restrictive Affectionate Behavior Between Men, Conflict Between Workand Family Relations and Success,power,competition.Secondly, Gender Role Conflict and Psychological Stess are different significantly in some demographic variable . Thirdly, Gender Role Conflict and Perceived Social Support are extremely correlated with Psychological Stess. Gender Role Conflict have significant influence on the Psychological Stess of high school. After Perceived Social Support enters into the regression equation,it add the explain to the regression equation significantly.After the interaction of Gender Role Conflict and Perceived Social Support enters into the regression equation,the Famliy Support moderated the relationship between onflict Between Workand Family Relations and Psychological Stess.
