The course content is the basic element of the kindergarten curriculum. The main problem to solve is " what to teach " and " what to learn " . According to their own conditions and ideas ,different types of childhood organizations will have different choices to the kindergarten curriculum. The choice of course content, in essence, reflect the value of ideas and the process of value judgments. Different value judgements determine the actual contents of children education and is directly related to children's development. Therefore the value of the kindergarten curriculum is an important issue to study. From the current study of the course content, most studies are based on urban kindergartens and the studies and attentions based on rural kindergartens especially the private kindergartens in rural areas are less. In recent years, rural private kindergartens grow rapidly and then the kindergarten curriculum in rural areas has become an important matter which receive the researchers' concern. Rural kindergarten teachers and parents'differences of the kindergarten curriculum values and the elements impacting different values of the two factors will be the problems which need deep analysis .This study adopt a combination of research techniques such as questionnaires,interviews,observation and analysis. According to the the text materials chosed bythe kindergartens and its practical application, the curriculum arrangement of daily actions ,the teaching behavior and so on, the author analysis the value of rural kindergarten curriculum,reveal the kindergarten teachers and parents' different curriculum value and the reality conflict from different perspectives,thus explain the existing problems and analyzes deeply the influencing factors.The study find that the current curriculum rationale of teachers is to be the ideal. They firstly focus on child-development oriented in the three attitudes. Secondly ,they stand for an important view on behalf of the social demand and development. Lastly ,they center on the knowledge. According to the interviews, to the kindergarten curriculum value orientation the parents focus on a single development, and ignore the all-round development; focus on the results and neglect the process. According to the results, the researcher believes that the current values of the rural kindergarten exists the following four major conflicts: 1.The conflict between curriculum idea of kindergarten teachers and instructional activity. 2. The conflict between teachers and parents in the choice of course content .3.The conflict between content-rich curriculum and the actual single sexual .4. The conflict between weak economic and government management system. The influencing factors are mainly in the educational reasons, economic reasons, the management system and other reasons. Based on the above analysis of the problem, We put forward some suggestions: 1. Update educational concept and narrow the distance between "is" and the "ought". 2. Advertise their courses concept and strengthen the cooperation between families and kindergartens.3.Invest heavily in ethnic education and enrich the course content. 4. Improve the management system and strengthen management of kindergartens in rural areas and so on.
