Rural kindergarten curriculum resources development is the need of Curriculum Reform of Elementary Education and improvement of the quality of the rural preschool education, and the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources is, as well as, of great significance in promoting the development of rural Kindergarten curriculum.This study aims to understand the current situation of the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources in Chongqing, to find the existing problems of the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources in Chongqing, and to discuss the factors influencing of the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources in Chongqing, and on this basis, this study offer proposals about the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources, In order to provide the useful reference to rural kindergarten education authorities, principals, teachers, parents and related groups about the development of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey, the observation method, the interview method to carry on. Those methods, Specifically, were reflected from the two aspects of the concept of level and action level. The concept of level mainly has Understandings of local Kindergarten curriculum resources and the development and utilization of rural local Kindergarten curriculum resources; Level of action is mainly based on the body from the development and utilization of the local curriculum resources, utilization mode of the development of the local curriculum resources, the influencing factors of the development and utilization of the local curriculum resources, and those difficulties and problems involved in the development and utilization of the local curriculum resources.The results of survey shows that the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in rural kindergartens in Chongqing is not very optimistic. In particular, what happens is that the rural areas of Chongqing has plenty of local curriculum resources, that rural kindergarten support local curriculum resource development of local course, while, which don’t have a clear understanding, and that have single method to develop the local curriculum resource. Factors of the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in rural areas of Chongqing city kindergarten are affected by, mainly, local administrative departments, heads of kindergartens, kindergarten teachers, parents and others.This study, through the analysis of the survey results of the development of the local curriculum resources in Rural Kindergartens in Chongqing, tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the administrative departments and other aspects. Administrative departments of education provides funding, teachers, teacher training and other support; nursery should makes relevant evaluation and incentive system, and strengthen exchanges between the kindergarten; correspondently, kindergarten teachers should improve their own quality actively; strengthen home exchanges, promote the transformation of the concept of parent education and guide parents to involve in Kindergarten education design.
