Economic globalization promotes the internationalization of education, the exchange of educational resources among countries, leads national education openning to the global market,so that all countries can take advantage of global education resources. Over the past 20 years, the global education service trade has rapidly expanded and developed, international education service trade has become important elements of economic growth in some countries, and also a greater economic benefit industry through a country's operation. Different from the developed countries in international education service market, China's education service industry developes slowly and has a disadvantage position in international competition, which don't match China's great education and trade status. With our country honors WTO negotiations on a comprehensive education about open conditional commitments in 2005 , the developed countries including the United States has imposee pressure on our country about been eliminating trade barriers in education service, therefore, we will face greater challenges in educational service trade in the future. Then, using domestic and abroad scholars'advanced research methods and research results with close connection on China's reality have an important academic value and practical value on strengthening our country education service trade development studies, developing our country's education service trade ,enhancing the export of services.Based on the above background, the core study and formulization of this paper is how to enhance educational services trade export. This article is divided into five chapters for discussion. The Chapter I is the introduction of this article which including the aims and significance of this paper, a detailed literature review based on domestic and abroad literature, and make the definition of related concepts; Chapter II mainly discusses what affecting education services trade export, Michael Porter's diamond theory was put forward as the theoretical framework to explain China's education services trade export, and the theory runs through the full paper, constitutes a strong explanatory power; The next Chapter III analyzes the status of world trade in education services which consists of valuable education service in the developed countries (including Europe and the United States, New Zealand and Australia, Japan) and the developing countries (India, Korea and Singapore). Chapter IV using diamond theory of Michael Porter to specifically analyzes China's trade competitiveness of education services to do a detailed discussion, mainly from factors of production (supply), the domestic market demand, related and supporting industries, and corporate strategy, structure and competition, opportunities and the Government; Chapter V puts forward specific measures and suggestions with advanced international trade in education service experience based on difficulties and problems in Chapter IV.In this paper, the writer mainly use research method combining theoretical research and practical experience, complementing a large number of charts and data on the image of a vivid demonstration of the argument. At the same time, the full paper uses research methods of cross-comparison with a combination of experience, focusing on how to develop our country's education service trade export.
