Female teachers in colleges and universities are facing considerable pressure on the career,especially the young female teachers occupational stress is not only larger than middle-aged and old teachers,and because the child is still in the period of their infants and young children also face considerable family pressure,and almost did not have time to participate in physical exercise,under the dual pressures of declining physical condition can easily occur the situation of young female teachers have expressed concern over the importance of physical fitness.Body composition,bone mineral density and cardiopulmonary function can reflect the man's health status,especially the bone mineral density,because the woman will lost most bone mineral after menopause.Aerobic exercise not only can enhance the physical,but also can make us pleasure.This article's purpose is discussion the aerobic exercise's influence for women's body composition,bone mineral density and cardiopulmonary function,provide some foundation for women's fitness activities.Select 40 women teacher with the age of 30-44 in Dalian University of Technology,no cardiovascular and cerbrovascular diseases and fracture history,and never join any aerobic exercise before the experimental.The subjects do aerobic exercise three times a week,60 minutes each time about 24 weeks.The heart rates keep 114-124 views in one minute.We understand the subjects basic information with questionnaire.We will make three tests at pre-experimental,the 12th week and the 24th week,analysis the result with SPSS13.0,the experimental results as follows:(1)The decrease of the weight and the fat of the body in three tests are different,the second test's range more obviously than first test(P<0.05),the third test's range most obviously than first test(P<0.01),but the muscle's growth is not obviously(P>0.05).We can say that the weight reduction is mainly the reduction of fat,but there is no significant increase in muscle in 24 weeks aerobic exercise.(2)The bone mineral density is no significant change in all test,have no statistical significance,but because of the bone mineral density with age lowered,so we can say that the aerobic exercise have a positive stimulus to the bone,can slow down the rate of bone mineral loss.(3)F.C.(Functional Capacity),Maximal oxygen and E.C.(exercise Capacity) are all have growth in the second test(P<0.05) and the third test(P<0.01).We can say that the aerobic exercise is good for cardiopulmonary function.
