With the development and progress of the society, the modernization of production methods bring great benefit to mankind, but also, bring negative factors and adverse effects to human. In recent years, with the introduction of the National Fitness Program, disseminate ideas lifelong physical, aerobic exercise for its diversity, interesting features to attract public attention, especially for female students for high-intensity exercise, although able to load improve the ecological health or bodily functions to a certain extent, but generally can’t accept female students and bear ideologically and physically. Aerobic exercise is a relatively safe and effective form of exercise, but the survey also found that many female university to effect their own participation in aerobic fitness and satisfied.In this study, I use the literature, questionnaires interviews measurement, statistics and other research methods to investigating female students to understand the situation and participate in aerobic exercise aerobic fitness features related knowledge, analysis of different physical forms of aerobic exercise participants exist common problems and personality problems. For the presence of different forms of physical exercise exerciser question designed to achieve the purpose of fitness exercise program, through a fitness program design and implementation, there are problems to solve different body shape targeted female students involved in aerobic exercise in order to achieve scientific effective fitness purposes.Survey:(1) female students purposeful, obesity is mainly lipid-lowering diet, slim person is to increase fullness.(2) Female College Students Aerobics lack of understanding of the relevant knowledge. Behavior problems(3) Female Students, aerobic exercise, exercise time, frequency, intensity lack of relevance.Aerobic exercise for the problems involved in different forms of female university student body, targeted design of different fitness programs, after 10 weeks of exercise intervention programs, exercise results are as follows:(1) through the implementation of the intervention program, in addition to height obese group did not change before and after the exercise, the rest of the body shape indicators have been very good improvement. Among them, the weight loss (P<0.05), BMI index decreased (P<0.05), body fat content decreased (P<0.01).After the implementation of sports programs, obese body function well improved. Among them, the immediate heart rate decreased (P<0.05) after 20 minutes treadmill exercise, vital capacity increased (P<0.01).After the implementation of sports programs, obese fitness improved. Among them, the plate support time becomes longer (P<0.05), the number of sit-ups to increase (P<0.05), to improve the sit and reach scores (P<0.05).Keywords:female students, aerobic exercise, problems and suggestions.(2) After the implementation of the intervention program, underweight group except height did not change before and after the exercise, the rest of the body shape indices have been a good improvement. Among them, the weight gain (P<0.05), BMI index increased (P<0.05), waist circumference (P<0.05), bust increase (P <0.05), hip little change in arm circumference increased (P<0.05), thigh increased (P<0.05). After the implementation of sports programs, slim body functions as a whole group to get a very good improvement. Among them, the immediate heart rate decreased (P<0.05) after 20 minutes treadmill exercise, vital capacity increased (P<0.05). After the implementation of sports programs, underweight group fitness improved. Among them, the plate support time becomes longer (P<0.01), the number of sit-ups to increase (P<0.05), Sit and Reach score increase (P<0.05), the number of birds sit limit increase (P<0.05).The conclusion of the study:(1) female students on aerobic fitness and lack of related knowledge. Time (2) different body shape Female Students, aerobic exercise, there are differences in the frequency, intensity, exercise behavior of obese and lean groups lack relevance. (3) aerobic endurance aerobic fitness program based on the body shape of obese female university students to improve the effect is obvious, and to improve physical function and physical fitness and improve the effect is significant. (4) combined with anaerobic exercise aerobic exercise fitness program for female students improve lean body shape effect is obvious, and physical function and physical fitness to improve and enhance the effect is remarkable.
