Background and Objective: at present,the number of obese people in China is increasing year by year,and obesity has brought a lot of health problems.Fitness clubs in the country to establish small and medium-sized cities,more and more people began to enter the relevant institutions of obesity to exercise to change the body fat.The fitness club to carry out various forms of health services,but various forms of fitness effect is not a lack of relevant,unable to agree on which is right of quantitative and qualitative research.The purpose of this study is to verify through the experimental intervention effect of rehabilitation exercise prescription to lose weight,to explore how obesity obesity physical intervention in the fitness club in the mainstream form of effect,in order to give the majority of fitness club practitioners and obese people to lose weight or exercise service provides some scientific basis and reference,and improve the relevant filling the research contents of this field.Research objects and methods: In this study,the effects of aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise combined with resistance training were studied by means of experimental method,literature review method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and investigation method.Among them,the experimental method as the main method,the specific form of the fitness club in the screening of 48 eligible members as the experimental subjects.According to the experimental requirements,the three groups were divided into aerobic exercise group(n=16),aerobic resistance training group(n=16)and independent exercise group(control group)(n=16).Different exercise programs were used for 8 weeks of exercise prescription intervention.The use of SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the experimental data,the differences within groups using paired T test,the differences between groups using independent samples T test,significant level P<0.05,significant level is P<0.01,the obtained data description,analysis and discussion and draw the conclusion and suggestions.Results: after 8 weeks of experiment,the control group subjects were compared and the indexes before the experiment,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);aerobic exercise group and aerobic and resistance training group each index determination results compared with before with significant difference(P<0.05);aerobic exercise group and aerobic + resistance training group each index determination results compared with the control group with very significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with aerobic exercisegroup,there were significant differences in body fat rate,muscle content and other indexes in the aerobic and resistance training group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise combined with resistance training as the main form of exercise prescription is feasible,and has good effect,the experiment proves that the latter is better.In the fitness club,compared to the independent exercise,regular aerobic exercise or aerobic exercise and resistance training combined with a more conducive to improve the physique.To change the real obesity need to master the scientific and effective training methods,self-control also depends on obesity in daily life the understanding and correct the ability to change unhealthy life behavior and habits,more to stimulate the initiative,long-term and regular adhere to it.
