Present Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of Physical Education Teaching In Special Education School In South Jiangsu Province

In 2008,the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee of the symposium convened to study the development of disabled job, promulgated the "Regulations on the promotion of people with the views of career development"(in the hair [2008] 7).Party put forward 17 major "concern for special education"and to include an important aspect of improving people's livelihood. New "Law on Compulsory Education" of special education also made a more specific request. In the context of this broad area of southern Jiangsu School physical education teaching special education status of systematic research has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the use of literature, observation, interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics,such as research methods, on the south of Jiangsu Province Special Education School Physical Education to investigate the current status analysis and proposed countermeasures. The results showed that:①In Southern Jiangsu Province Special Education School Sport Leaders of special functions and significance of the degree of uneven, the lack of sufficient knowledge;②Sunan region special education teachers in School Sport a lower degree of specialization; part-time PE number of teachers on the high side, low quantity of female teachers;③PE teachers career mentality is not mature enough for their lack of confidence in career prospects;④Sports teachers of information literacy education needs to be improved;Sports research enthusiasm high, with the corresponding research capacity; PE teachers have not standardized sign language, a small number of teachers and students communicate difficult existence;the past three years the majority of PE teachers who have received job training,but training the result is not very good;⑤Special education schools in Southern Jiangsu Province grade physical education assessment process-oriented evaluation, evaluation of content is in line with the characteristics of students with disabilities, and basic physical education students can study the situation; Sunan Special Education School physical education teaching areas well, but the students psychological health education needs to be strengthened;⑥PE teachers for teaching guiding ideology Know more clearly focused, but not comprehensive enough; Sports obsolete content outline and teaching materials; Sports teaching teaching contents and characteristics of the lack of specificity; research-based teaching methods lack of the special PE; PE teaching forms to the natural class-based teaching;⑦Students awareness of the importance of physical education a higher degree of awareness of the Sport features a more shallow; students in physical education in the performance of active, but there is still a relatively passive part of the performance of students; Sports teachers teaching ability and understanding of students with disabilities the degree to students and more widely recognized;⑧Generally smaller sports venues, it is difficult to meet the student enough space for the input of funds and the local economy is clearly not commensurate.At the survey results were analyzed on the basis of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:①To develop and improve the provision of special education laws and policies;②Updates thought awareness, attention to the special physical education;③Sports broaden special promotional channels, seek community support and cooperation;④Intensive training job and comprehensive special education schools improve the quality of physical education teachers;⑤Sport speed up the materials and curriculum research and development;⑥To strengthen the disability Sports cultivate student awareness;⑦Set up multi-evaluation, evaluation methods score a variety of physical education evaluation system;⑧Broaden thinking, moving funds to improve school sports and other physical conditions.
