Research On Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Colleges And Universities Student Basketball Players In The South Of Jiangsu Province

With the enrolling system reform of high-level player in colleges and universities, the universities in the southern area of Jiangsu Province can't enroll the first-class basketball player any more. At present, the basketball teams of every university haven't been dismissed, however, the current situation of cultivating undergraduate basketball players has changed. The studies show that: First of all, the cultivated target of every university comes in multiple forms, which abounds in the campus culture as first. Secondly, lack of study methods, no study interesting and training fatigu and so on affect the study of athletes seriously. Thirdly, after entering the universities, only 1/5 basketball players has promoted in three main physical conditioning, the others decline or maintain the original level. The main reason for the decline is the short of training quantity and intensity. Fourthly, at present the coaches in every university are mainly from physical education teachers, the employed way is very single. Most coaches don't monitor the players'physiological and biochemical indexes. The factors of effecting training can be arranged as the enterprise of coach, the years and experience of coach, professionalization of coach and so on. Fifthly, to analyze the athlete regulations of every university we find that it doesn't have any science, which result in some athletes aren't adaptive, so that the regulations need to be improved. Based on the above research this thesis proposes corresponding countermeasure as following: widening enrolling channels, arranging more competitions, motivating athletes training, solving the problem of studying and training, increasing the scientific training level of coach, establishing perfect, scientific and feasible regulations of university athletes.
