Along with the unceasing deepening of the university sports educational reform, how to make the students master the basic methods of exercise and raise the healthy of the students'body and mind, have become the subject matter which the university sports educational faces now. the Wushu has characteristics of the fitness, the entertainment, the ornamental and its not high limit of time, the season, the climate, the location, the equipment and so on. This has been decided it has become a valuable and fitness educational reform curricula. To this curricula's theory and experimental study achievement will lay a film foundation for the different local colleges and universities to start martial arts slection course.This thesis mainly uses the methods of the literature data, the questionare, the mathematical to have an investigation an analysis to the south of Jiangsu province and lodge some relevant countermeasures. This findings indicated: 1. The martial arts option class as one of the most important curricula. It also has a special value and function in school teaching. 2. The status in quo of martial arts slection course is unoptimistic educational reform dynamics is insufficient, lags in social, the development of education and the student's request. Therefore, the core questions are to enlarge the teaching reform dynamics, to explore how to make the teaching goal achieve, to compile the high quality teaching material, to formulate a whole set of science, reasonable and systemic teaching plan and outline. These are also questions which should be solved urgently. Proving enough, eligible teachers is the first important thing. 3. The teaching appraisal system are imperfect. The teaching appraisal systern's function has not obtained and regarded. So it should establish the teaching appraisal politropism, the appraisal content and way multiplicity, the appraisal process systematic.
