| Teachers are high -risk population for job burnout, teacher burnout is an extreme reaction which the teachers can not cope with work pressure, accompanied by the emotions, attitudes and behaviors of state failure at a high level of long-term experience and pressure. Typical symptoms as follow: low satisfaction, enthusiasm and uninterested in work, the loss of emotional alienation and apathy. Education is not a separate body, it is a huge project. And early childhood education is the most basic education, and it is the foundation of education. But it is not compulsory education at the current, pulsing a number of other factors, which caused the lack of public's understanding of early childhood education and lack of preschool teacher's attention. Therefore, the study of preschool teacher's burnout is of great significance. At present, the study on primary and secondary school teachers were popular, but the study on early childhood teacher burnout were seldom.This paper selected 200 teachers in 10 kindergartens of Dalian as research object. Teachers as 200 child care study in the studies, the author surveys the situation of preschool teacher burnout through questionnaires and interviews, analyzes the causes and find effective countermeasures. Which alleviate preschool teacher's burnout.This paper has six parts: the first part elucidates the reason why selecting this subject, and the great significance of selecting this subject. The second part mainly clarify related concept of burnout teachers, teacher burnout and burnout of preschool teachers. The third part is the purpose of the study and methods of study, including the targets of selection, the design of questionnaires and interviews goals. The fourth part is the findings and analysis, described the overall situation of preschool teachers burnout in Dalian .The fifth part analyzes the possible reasons which lead to the teacher burnout there are individual, society, profession and organization .The sixth part provides some suggestions to prevent job burnout of preschool teachers in DalianThe study concluded that:(1) The job burnout level of preschool teachers in Dalian is not serious in general .the emotional failure of teachers scored higher in three teachers burnout factor.(2) The results showed that teachers of professional age in 11-15 years get highest scores on personalized, emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment three dimensions, and professional age less than 5 years of preschool teacher's burnout is in the lowest level.(3) Private kindergarten teachers show more burnout in the dimension of personal accomplishment, than public kindergartens. But the performance is not obvious in emotional exhaustion and personalized dimension.(4) Three factors of teacher burnout exist significant differences on the different academic background, teacher's undergraduate education get the highest scores in three dimensions, the burnout is the most serious.(5) The teachers that have different professional qualifications have shown a significant difference in various dimensions, the teachers that have smaller the title of senior teachers get the highest scores in depersonalization, personal accomplishment, the burnout is the most serious. The titles for a small - Class teachers have obvious burnout in the emotional exhaustion. |
