In the era of rapid development of the information technology, workers is facing of more and more challenges and pressure. In the face of these pressures, workers should not effective on the release of the pressure of work,understanding and support of the state to adjust on their own or not, they will have a bad mood of the work, and it will continue to deteriorate even cycle, until the final shape and are engaged in career related exhausted state of job burnout.The helping profession occupation burnout prone industry. The most typical representative of the high-risk population and the occupation burnout of teachers is a special occupation. Teachers in this particular industry, preschool teachers has a special status, they are the main body of early childhood education, so the research on preschool teachers’ job burnout is very important and urgent task. Preschool teachers studied in this thesis is the city of Qingdao, the causes of many kinds of research methods to Qingdao City preschool teachers job burnout is studied, put forward to alleviate the problem of education suggestions, the author focuses on the job burnout of preschool teachers is the most important three aspects: emotional exhaustion, inhuman and reduced personal accomplishment. The article basically consists of four parts:(1) according to the purpose and significance of Qingdao preschool teachers’ job burnout research. The author points out that the job burnout of preschool teachers in Qingdao city is a common problem, has important practical significance and theoretical significance to research this problem.(two) the research status at home and abroad and the research methods and conclusions. Study adopts interview and questionnaire survey methods. The conclusion is:(1) Qingdao city occupation burnout of preschool teachers on the whole moderate degree, but has been widespread. In the study, the author makes a distinction between public and private kindergarten kindergarten, the conclusion is: the teachers’ Occupation Burnout of private kindergarten teachers occupation burnout than public kindergartens are more common.(2) the first kindergarten teachers occupation burnout is the increase in the degree of emotional exhaustion,second aspects of depersonalization are also on the increase, the third aspects is the trend of reduced personal accomplishment is becoming more and more serious. And these are the factors with higher teachers teaching age,professional title and the emergence of.(three) the preschool teachers in Qingdao city as the research object, the causes of job burnout of preschool teachers were studied. That the work content of the environmental management of the lack of teachers’ humanistic care, paperwork burden of teachers, cumbersome, class classes, teachers’ work pressure, the parents of the child’s teachers are lack of understanding and support, can not meet the teachers professional development, the teachers are underpaid and is a major cause of job burnout preschool teachers in Qingdao city.(four)in view of the problem of education of preschool teachers occupation burnout, this paper puts forward feasible measures to solve the problem. Conclusion: to strengthen the humanistic care for preschool teachers, preschool teachers to alleviate the burden of work, in addition to the positive support of society and the vast majority of preschool teachers in Qingdao itself, in order to occupation burnout phenomenon of kindergarten teachers in Qingdao can be effectively solved.
