In the reform of science education, people more and more emphasize the training of students' scientific literacy. The new basic educational course reform is going on to put forward clearly, the purpose of science education is to raise the scientific literacy of students. This has presented a new program to physics education, how to raise scientific literacy of every student through physics education.This paper aims at the lower level of scientific literacy of student in middle school, rethinking the present situation of physics teaching. Combining the new course reforms. We put forward physics history to train students' scientific literacy in physical teaching in middle school, based on science education theory, Piaget's cognition theory and science revolutionary theory of Cohen, education recurring theory and constructivism, also the domestic and international research in this field was analyzed. Then, we have expounded and proved the feasibility that uses physics history training students scientific literacy, and further excavated the scientific literacy factors contained in physics history in four aspects including science knowledge and skill, scientific inquiry ( course, method and ability ) , science feelings, attitude and viewpoint of value, the understanding of science, technology and society. Finally ,3 kinds of pattern was selected for teaching practice in a semester. The preliminary conclusion was gotten through the analysis of practicing result.
