With the rapid development of modern information technology,computers have been used in all walks of life. Everybody wants to learn the general intelligent tool -computer. Therefore all individuals focus on the factors which influence on the computer learning outcome. One category of the factors is individuals'psychological behavior. As individuals have direct or indirect experience of using computers, computer experience becomes one of the psychological behavior which influences the computer learning outcome. However, the usage of computers is not always exciting or satisfying, and even some individuals feel sick or afraid to use computers, they have varying degrees of computer anxiety. Another one psychological behavior is computer self-efficacy, which has close contact with computer experience and computer anxiety.It represents the confidence of learning or using computers.At present, the study about the relationships among computer experience, computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy are mainly the arbitrary relationships, with the qualitative analysis method or the simple quantitative analysis method.Whether there are some more complex relationships among these three factors, and whether one factor's effect on learning outcome could be different as the existences of another factor deserve our further study. This study is concerned about the complex relationships among computer experience, computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy and computer learning outcome, it uses the more scientific quantitative analysis method, and further explores the teaching strategies of how to improve the psychological behavior.According to the above research purposes, the subjects of this study are from the undergraduates of 2007(first year) of the history,culture&social development college and communication college in Shandong Normal University. First, a questionnaire is used to measure the subjects'computer experience, computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy, which provides a basis for the later data analysis.Then the data from subjects is divided into two departments according to the research procedures, which is used to verify the accuracy of the scales and modify them. At last, the computer culture final exam grade of the subjects from communication department represents the learning outcome in order to explore the effects of computer experience, computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy on learning outcome.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The first chapter introduces the background and the purpose of the study, as well as the reason why the author chooses this theme as a graduate of Educational Technology Department. This chapter also introduces the theoretical basis - social cognitive theory.The second chapter is about the important concepts, such as the computer experience, computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy and structural equation model.Chapter III is regarding to the research methods and designing.The research procedure, the selection of subjects and the selection of instruments are introduced in detail. The statistical methods-Pearson correlation analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis and Causality and causal model analysis are also introduced at large.Chapter IV is the focus of this paper. The data from computer experience scale, computer anxiety scale and computer self-efficacy scale is analyzed. The main analysis is as follows: the parameter estimation, the fit check and the evaluation of the initial model; the internal consistency analysis, the validity analysis and the sex multi-group analysis; the causality and causal model analysis of computer experience, computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy and learning outcome.In chapter V, on the basis of the results obtained, the findings of the study are summarized, and significance of this study for education is discussed. It mainly includes: it provides the scientific instruments for the follow-up study; how to mark the level of individuals'computer experience, computer anxiety and computer self-efficacy and how to improve their computer experience. Finally, the achievements are pointed out as well as the inadequacy and the follow-up research.
