Research On The Community Sport Volunteers Of Haidian District In Beijing

A huge number of sports volunteers involve actively in different fields of mass sports worldwidely.Sports volunteers are the cornerstone of the west mass sport.It is impossible to develop western mass sports without volunteers.Sports volunteer is extremely valuable and important human resources for community sport service.The number of volunteers directly represents the content and development of the community sports services. The essay analyzes the basic situation,the supply and needs,the potential resources of community sports volunteers services and the management situation of community sports volunteers in Haidian District of Beijing using literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis in order to explore and seek the characteristics,the law and the force mechanism of community sports volunteers,to solve the theoretical and practical issues of the construction and development of sports volunteer and to promote the healthy development of mass sports in volunteer services.The study drew the following conclusions:1.Sport is an important link in the community sports volunteers.People who gather together for mutual sports impact each other and engage in volunteer service.2.The management system of community sports volunteer service is imperfect.All aspects of all elements and the structure of the management system have deficiencies.3.The citizen participation rate of community sports volunteer services is 10.6%.Meanwhile the citizen and the sports staff have different demands for community sports volunteer services. 4.The participation of community sports volunteer services is potential. Despite the current small number of volunteers in community sports,the potential develop space is extremely large.
