This research based its theory on the characteristic and the exoteric of develop teaching evaluation,based on the physical and healthy education standard,under the surporter of the theory of best physical teaching process,use all kinds of methods,use the current situation of middle school PE teacher's teaching evaluation as frame of reference, formed the developing evaluation system in middle school teacher's physical teaching.This system aims at teachers development,its evaluate objects are middle school teachers,its evaluate Cyc is the teaching unit, its main evaluate method is workmates evaluation and self evaluation, and made the convenient network evaluate feedback system as its main content.The most important assignment of the developing evaluation system in middle school teacher's physical teaching is to build the standards of developing evaluation system in middle school teacher's physical teaching.In the system,its standards and proportion were established by mains of the theory deductive method;use the method of expert investigates,the standards were filtered and decided;use the hiberarchy analytical method and the Delphi method to decided proportion of the first, second and the third levels of those standards;use the Kendall inspection to check the harmony and the coherence of the experts' ideas;through three rounds of the experts investigate questionnaires,we finally made the standards of middle school teacher's developing physical teaching evaluation system into being.For the sake of down-to-earth usage,we design the teaching evaluation score template for middle school teachers according to the standard system(by mains of Excel2003).It toned up the actual usage of the evaluation and saved times,at the same time, it lightened the workload of people who evaluate those teachers,and increased the veracity of numeration.According to the proportion of those three levels of standards and the results of the experts investigate questionnaires,we could tell that the standard system has a good content efficacy.It could do good to improve and develop the teacher's teaching standard.We use the standard system and the score template to evaluated teachers in Harbin No.12 Middle School,after we analyzed the results,we could tell that the standard system has a good structural efficacy.All this could show that the evaluation standard system is reasonable and has its practicality.Characteristics of this developing evaluation system in middle school teacher's physical teaching are as follows:1.Start with the teaching unit;evaluate the middle school PE teacher's teaching process.Take the teaching unit as a system,and the classroom teaching is a element of the teaching unit,according the position where the element occupy in the system,evaluate those element, and then evaluate the teaching unit.2.There is a teaching reflect item in the developing evaluation system in middle school teacher's physical teaching,and its proportion only inferior to the item teaching actualize,this item shows that PE teachers should always do the teaching reflect.In another word,self reflect is a kind of self-evaluation.This not only meet the request of develop,it could also combine self evaluation to teaching evaluation, do good to improve the teaching standard.3.By mains of advanced information technique,we designed the network evaluate and feedback system in middle school.This system could be used to calculate the evaluate result and feedback fleetly and duly. On the other hand,it could save the evaluate results so as people could see the improve range of those teachers.Besides,in this system,there are items such as teaching experience intercommunion,teaching plan submission,and teaching log etc.these increased the communion between teachers,and predigested the work of evaluation,so as the evaluation work could carry through fleetly,orderly and justly.
