Under Corporate Culture Field Of Vision The Research On The Development To Sports For Staff Of Beijing Foreign Invested Enterprise

With the development of the reform and open policy,the foreign invested enterprise is already be a new force in our country socialist economy construction.At present,the sports for staff in foreign invested enterprise is one special part in our country.The sports for staff mold the enterprise culture,it is the essential working content of the corporate culture construction.Developing the sports for staff is a good method to accelerate staff to realize the corporate culture. Only unifies the sports for staff and the corporate culture,the sports for staff to the enterprise is really beneficial.It can promote the staff physical quality,and promote the enterprise cohesive force.Through the corporate culture seepage,the sports for staff serves truly enterprise's long-term development.Beijing is the largest city to attract multinational corporations in China.Therefore,it conducts that under the different corporate culture influences,the research on sports for staff in Beijing foreign invested enterprise have the vital significance.This article uses the literatures method,the questionnaire survey method and the statistic,which has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the foreign invested enterprise sports for staff.The result shows that:the organization and management system of foreign invested enterprises of sports for staff are still not perfect;the Europe and North America enterprises pay attention to sports for staff are more than Japan and Korea;the different corporate culture to develops sports for staff in the project choice have certain influence,European and the North American enterprise favors the choice irritating quality,the risk strong sports project;the main palace of foreign invested enterprises organize the sports are the location for rent and the profitable sports place, funds for sports are also mainly used for paying the rents of location and the expense on tickets;the situation that enterprise staff sports exchanges to be pessimistic;the management of foreign invested enterprises regard the sports for staff as the important components of corporate culture,but they have little behavior;the foreign invested enterprises staffs mainly select the exercises method is with the friend and the colleague together,the different enterprise culture have no effects to the project choice;compare to the percentage of sports population of China,foreign invested enterprises have less sports population,as a resultof the long time for work,low exercise frequency has become an important factor affecting proportion of sports population; employee in foreign invested enterprise have new sports consumption consciousness,but sports consumption level is still not high;by the influences of different corporate culture on sports for staff,the Japanese and Korea enterprise staffs have higher participation and target consistency in the sports for staff,but at the innovation and the pursue to excellence in sports for staff,Europeand North America enterprise is better than Japan and Korea.
