Elaborated the theory of this study support:social support network theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, human and environmental interaction theory The third part is the feasibility of building of enterprise culture in the analysis of social work intervention. This chapter starts with the current situation of A company enterprise culture construction, and summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of A company. And then expounds the necessity of social work in enterprise culture construction, and from three aspects this paper expounds the feasibility of intervention.
