In recent years, the construction of enterprise culture by industry and academia as a hot topic widely discussed and studied. But due to a serious shortage of this, in the construction of enterprise culture, many limitations and problems, which leads to the situation of enterprise culture construction appear pause or stop. In order to strengthen to promote enterprise culture construction, open up a new way of enterprise culture construction, improve the ways and skills of enterprise culture construction, this article from the perspective of social work research enterprise culture construction, based on case study practice of enterprise culture construction situation has carried on the investigation and analysis, understand the current situation and existing problems of enterprise culture construction, analyzes the reasons for the status quo, and the social work in enterprise culture construction to do feasibility analysis, to study social work intervenes in the methods and measures of enterprise culture construction.Through the perspective of social work involved in the practice of enterprise culture construction, broadening the research field of social work theory, gain valuable theory wealth and experience summary, development of social work theory from a new Angle. The study also provides a new theoretical basis for the enterprise culture construction, enrich the theory of management, to better guide the enterprise culture construction. Social work and positive corporate culture integration will be the inevitable trend of the future to strengthen the management of enterprise culture and social work involved in the exploratory research of corporate culture, the development has its own characteristic, which accords with the situation of domestic enterprises society plays an important role in social work. There are five sections in this paper, each part of the main content is as follows:The first part is introduction. Mainly on the corporate culture of social work intervention research background and significance of this study, describes the research methods used for the study of relevant literatures were reviewed, also elaborated about the concept.The second part is the theory perspective. Elaborated the theory of this study support:social support network theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, human and environmental interaction theory The third part is the feasibility of building of enterprise culture in the analysis of social work intervention. This chapter starts with the current situation of A company enterprise culture construction, and summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of A company. And then expounds the necessity of social work in enterprise culture construction, and from three aspects this paper expounds the feasibility of intervention. Eventually concluded that social work can rely on its strong professional strength and distinctive characteristics of intervention to the construction of enterprise culture, help enterprises to build good corporate culture, so as to promote the rapid development of the enterprise culture construction.The fourth part is corporate culture of social work intervention. Through the building of enterprise culture in the study of social work intervention, intervention from the object, the method involved, the content involved, the process involved in four areas specifically discussed the building of enterprise culture of social work intervention. Enterprise culture construction of social work intervention to do a more systematic study of how social work intervention, in what kind of social work intervention areas, the effect is expected to intervene and intervention process should pay attention to matters relating to a specific analysis.The fifth part is summary. Reflections on the problems involved in the study and the process needs to be extended to think, all in all the companies involved in social work and corporate culture may be necessary, while the present study there are deficiencies described.
