Present Situation Investigation And Analysis Of Sports For Workers And Staff Members In Soochow Foreign Invested Enterprise--Example Of SuZhou Industrial Park

Nowadays, sports for workers and staff members in foreign invested enterprise is a special organization and phenomenon compared to other company's among the work of sports for workers and staff members in China. After entering foreign enterprise , Chinese workers become the recent participants of and be benefited from sports for workers and staff members in foreign invested enterprise.The author studies and analyzes the content, form, way and influence element of workers sports activities of foreign invested enterprise in Suzhou Industrial Park. It refers to the manage sector of sports for workers and staff members. It shows that: (1) The source of funds for sports in foreign enterprise is mostly from appropriate funds and welfare of enterprise, and the left is from individuals. (2 ) Because of their tradition of physical culture , Europe and North America enterprise allocate more funds to sports for workers and staff members than Japan and Korea , which usually save its manpower and reduce expenditure on sports. And other regions take on the trend of being polarized. (3) Sports haven't been written in rules and system in 81 .8% foreign invested enterprise, employees can't enjoy their rights. (4) In 36.4% foreign invested enterprise, Sports is charge with manpower resource section, 18.2% is labor union ,18.2% is welfare section , and 15.2% is individual. 9.1% have no organization, and only 3.0% have sports section.
