The Study On Enterprise's Influence Of Suzhou Foreign Enterprises Sports Competition

With the development of the reform and open policy, foreign invested enterprise has become a new force in the socialist economic construction of China, while sports for staff members in the foreign invested enterprise is a special group and phenomenon among the sports work of our employees. In this paper, Suzhou two sports competition invested by foreign tradesman as the starting point.By using the literature, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, organization and management state of sports competition, the value of sports competition to enterprises and workers as well as the impact on the foreign-invested enterprises physical activity are analyzed. The results show that: the two sports competition are popular among the majority employees;government departments and foreign invested enterprise hope that the sports competition will be carried out better in the future; according to the sports competition,physical and mental health, entertainment experience, physical skills, self-influence of the employees has improved; and sports competition has different influnces on the cohesiveness of the enterprises employees, enterprises culture, business productivity, and business exchanges between the different companies. Through sports competition, it has an active role in the human resources in the foreign invested enterprise.Some enterprieses have added the input of sports fees.And more workers have participate in athletic activities and increased their activities.
