As a result,the health conditions of college teachers are worthy of being paid more attention to.By using the method of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper makes an analysis and investigation on the health conditions of 265 teachers in Beijing Sport University and on the contributing factors.The main content of this paper includes the basic situations of the teachers,their health conditions,their working,living and exercising states as well as the analysis of their health conditions and the contributing factors.â… .Health conditions of teachers in Beijing Sport UniversityIn Beijing Sport University,12.83%of the teachers are healthy,16.32% of them are unhealthy,and while 70.94%of them are sub-healthy whose happening rate is lower than the rate announced by the World Hygiene Organization.Teachers of different ages are quite different in health conditions.Young teachers are healthier while the rate of their sub-health is the highest.The majority of old teachers are in bad health conditions.Teachers of different professional titles are different in health conditions.The higher their professional title is,the unhealthier they are.The lower their professional title is,the healthier they are while most of them are in sub-healthy conditions. Science teachers are more likely to have disease than literal teachers.â…¡.Main factors influencing the health conditions of teachers in Beijing Sport University1.Working states:teachers in Beijing Sport University have to bear great burden of work and pressure as a result.Usually they have more than 400 classes a year and,heavier than those in most universities. The majority of them feel that their working task is beyond their abilities and are dissatisfied with their current working state and income.The burden of teaching and projecting makes it unbearable for the body and causes the body sub-healthy.2.Life styles:nowadays,the life styles of many teachers are not so good.Irregular diet and rest,not having breakfast or tea,scanty of bean and milk in their diet,staying up late often,lack of sleep especially the nap,smoking and drinking etc.are greatly influencing their health,which is the most important reason causing sub-health.3.Health conditions:the main intention of exercising for teachers in Beijing Sport University is for health.81.13%of the teachers can take part in exercising,but the low intensity and few times of exercising can't fully train the body,which can't bring the benefit to the body as intended,causing the existence of sub-health.
