A Research On Mental Health Conditions And Factors Of The Teachers In Middle Schools In Guiyang City

The new innovation of basic education subjects,need teachers to adjust and change in two aspects,one is the idea of education,the other is teaching practice. During the progress, teachers are all under the press. At present, it can't be ignored that this press has already directly influenced on the innovation. Teachers'living ways relate to the teachers'developement, but teachers always mainly live in regular, narrow and boring lives, Which causes the reason of teachers'press and the realization of the innovation . Therefore, it is the most important thing that how to know teachers'bad emotions and take efficient measures to solve this problem.It is a tough challenge to realize the innovation. For facing to the challenge, teachers have to change the old idea of education, and improve the ability of teaching and the behavior of education. But it is too difficult to solve these in a short time .To the present situation most aspects of the innovation don't go well. The new exam rules and the system of teaching judge haven't built up completely. So in many schools, there appears this kind of thing, schools are innovating, at the same time they pay attention to the exam. In this situation, many teachers don't know what they should do.Therefore, take care of teachers'healthy feelings, and it is very important to this innovation.This article bases on the questionnaires to 200 teachers in the experiment distract of the innovation in Guiyang. It analysis most reasons about influencing on teachers'healthy feelings. This survey expresses that the difference of the survey between in Guiyang and in other cities, it is obvious, and it shows the rate of teachers'healthy feelings in Guiyang is under the average rate of common people in the country. From the survey result about teachers'behaviors, the problem of teachers'behaviors is over the medium rate. This shows that some teachers'problem behaviors are serious on the base, we also make a survey to other groups of teachers , and the result is the problem is related to sex ,country and city, teaching experience, head teachers , etc.The purpose of this research is to know teachers'present healthy feelings and deeply analysis it, and offer good measures to take care of teachers healthy feelings.
