| In recent years,higher vocational colleges in our country have developed from scratch,and become "half of the higher education.However,with the increase of the uncertainties in external environment during their development,the traditional experience-based model of development no longer meets the needs of the development of higher vocational colleges.As we all know,higher vocational education is most close to socio-economic development;education needs the market and the introduction of market mechanisms,higher vocational education closely related to people's lives should be more the case.To adapt to internal and external environment and have a sustainable development,it is necessary to adopt the idea of management to conduct long-term planning for the implementation of in higher vocational colleges.In addition, management is a theme in the higher vocational colleges' development,and an important basis for survival and development in future.Therefore,the study of management strategy in higher vocational colleges is of great theoretical and practical significance.The paper focuses on management strategy of higher vocational colleges in China,mainly expounded in five aspects.The first part theoretically analyzes the management of the school from all angles, and proposes the reasons for the choice and implementation of management strategy in higher vocational colleges according to researches at home and abroad.At the same time,clarifies the reasons for the research,ideas and methods.The second part defines the concepts related to the management strategy of higher vocational colleges such as management,strategy,elaborating the connotation of the management as well as the theoretical and practical significance to study the issue,and proposes the principles to develop the management strategy of higher vocational colleges.The third part analyzes the environment of the management of higher vocational colleges and choice of SWO strategy.The selection and implementation of management strategy is not isolated,it must adapt to and create a favorable external environment.Environment includes the external environment of higher vocational colleges and internal development.The external environment impacting the management of higher vocational colleges currently involves economy,politics, socio-culture and external competitiveness.In the development process,higher vocational colleges have made some achievements,but there still exist certain problems.The paper described in detail the internal and external opportunities and challenges the higher vocational colleges face,and use SWOT to analyze choice of management strategy higher vocational collegesThe fourth part illustrates the choice of management strategy in higher vocational colleges.There are a variety of business strategies for higher vocational colleges,the management strategy should be chosen in accordance with external factors and internal situation of the institutions.On the impact of the external environment,the higher vocational colleges should co-ordinate the scientific concept of development;fully implement the Government's responsibility;adjust the organizational structure of the strategy;promote the implementation of the strategy to promote sustainable development in higher vocational colleges,and increase investment in education mechanism.As to the internal situation of the higher vocational colleges,the following strategic choices are suggested such as,brand strategy,strategy in characteristics, priority-effective strategy and product strategy.The fifth part is about the empirical analysis of management strategy in Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute.SWOT methods is used to analyze the external environment and internal situation of the trainees.The paper puts forward a series of strategies for higher vocational colleges such as:strategy in characteristics,brand strategy,product strategy, service strategy,innovation strategy,effective strategies,and countermeasures for each strategy put forward. |
