In the nowadays teaching practice, the traditional headteacher-based management is losing its advantages. For example, the headteacher spares no effort to manage the class, but gets nothing from his students, and most students can not realize their responsibilities and duties for the class and their own parents. These problems should be improved by the students’ self-management.This paper is based on plenty of research, interviews and surveys from J school located in city of Chengdu, and it mainly analyzed and studied the self-management of class. Aim to summarize a practical measure for all the teachers’ reference.This paper mainly consists of 6 parts: Part 1 is the outline of the whole article, illuminated the background, meaning and the reference article of this thesis. Part 2 stated the inspection of J school’s present class management through questionnaire survey and interviews, analyzed all the materials and draw a conclusion of the problems exist. Part3 declared the principles which class self-management must abbeys, including all-round, independent, democracy as well as development principle. Part 4 is the implementation process of students’ self-management divided in 3 steps. Part 5 draws a conclusion of the Part 4, pointed out the achievement and problems when carrying out. The last part summed up the whole article.
