An Analysis Of Leisure Sport Resources Allocation In Colleges And Universities Of Human Province And Its Cause Of Formation

With China developing into a well-off society,richness of material,improvement of living standard and development of society have led to great changes in people's life as well as concepts about sports.Different groups choose different leisure ways in their leisure time,affected by environmental, social and personal factors.College students choose leisure sports,which enable them to rest,relax and enjoy both physically and mentally.From the perspective of economics, reasonable allocation of resources is the basis and precondition of effective functioning of economy.Then development of leisure sports also depends on optimum allocation of leisure sports resources.So being correctly aware of current situation of leisure sports resources in colleges and universities,reasonable exploration,optimum allocation and full use of leisure sports resources has become a crucial problem,which deals with whether reform of leisure sports will be adapt to socialist construction and promote healthy development of colleges and universities.The author of the thesis,taking leisure sports of colleges and universities in Hunan Province as a starting point,deeply investigates the current situation of allocation of leisure sports resources and analyzes its cause of formation.The author thinks:First,at present human resources of leisure sports in colleges and universities have advantages in terms of structures of age,academic credentials and technical titles, but utilization ratio needs to be raised due to heavy teaching tasks undertaken by P.E.teachers in colleges and universities. Second,the proportion of budget funding for education is declining and income-generating is restricted in P.E. Department,which leads to long-term insufficient funding for leisure sports.Third,lack of high-quality professional management personnel,to a certain degree results in lag of management and operation mode of sports stadium in colleges and universities.So stadiums have to further develop existing leisure sports resources.Fourth,neglect of information about leisure sports made by college website administrators causes the lack of information,without providing a healthy network information platform.The above analysis is expected to be helpful to the rational allocation of leisure sports resources in colleges and universities.
